Advanced Placement (AP) Exams are standardized exams designed to measure how well students have mastered the content and skills of a specific AP course. All CHS students who are enrolled in AP courses are required to take the exam for those courses.
The AP exam cost is $100.00 per exam.
All AP students must log in to their MyAP account (https://myap.collegeboard.org) and use the Join Code provided by your teacher to gain access to the AP Classroom. AP Exams cannot be ordered without this important step. Please remind your child to check their MyAP account to ensure they have joined their AP Classroom for each AP class.
Payment for exams is due by November 15. Please pay by cash or check made to “Cresskill Board of Education”. In the memo area of the check please include your child’s first and last name, grade level, and “AP Exams”. Checks can be given to Ms. Cohen in Guidance.
Students must be enrolled in an approved course at CHS in order to take your exam(s) at Cresskill High School.
If your child receives or is eligible for free/reduced lunch, the AP exam cost is reduced. If you think you may be eligible please complete this Free and Reduced Lunch Application (under "For Families" on the district home page) or contact Ms. Linda Ryan in the business office at lryan@cresskillnj.net.
