The No Place for Hate club proudly hosted Cultural Connections Day on June 2nd—a school-wide event bringing together our cultural clubs, as well as individual students who wish to share and represent their heritage. This exciting day featured an expo in the gymnasium with cultural displays, educational presentations, live demonstrations, and food tastings from countries including Italy, France, Korea, Israel, Spain, Armenia, China, Turkey, Ukraine, and Ghana. Students participated in the expo throughout the day during their health/physical education classes. Many thanks to Mrs. Grace Chun and the No Place for Hate club students, and the physical education department for coordinating this inaugural event.
